LuvSexy Band burst onto the New Orleans music scene in the Fall of 1997.  It was formed by Joseph "JoJo" Caldwell and Marie Dorsey Caldwell to perform various functions in and out of town, not realizing at time that they would soon become one of the best bands New Orleans has to offer.  Performing across the United States and around the World for years LuvSexy Band has the experience and the know how to take your party or club event to its' fullest potential.  They cover songs from all major genre's: Motown, R & B, Pop, Hip Hop,  Rock, Soul, County,  Disco, Big Band  Swing,  Jazz,  Blues,  Reggae,  Gospel,  as well as playing the most current songs on the radio with a mix of their original music.  LuvSexy Band is currently the highest requested band for Corporate Events,  Private Functions,  Weddings and Special Events.  The combined talents of these individuals create a soulful,  funky style of music with a rock edge that simply leaves audiences captivated.  They can set the evening with warm easy listening music then set the stage a blaze with their  feet tapping and finger snapping up tempo dance tunes.  Once in a blue moon a band comes along that offers the perfect combination of raw energy,  polish and sheer entertainment value to ensure a memorable event.
